This is a PDF file that is directly downloaded to your device after purchase. As far as the meal plan included. it is an outline and we understand that you may not do it exactly as scripted.  That's okay.  If you eat outside of it, change somethings around, its okay.  Just focus on sticking to the program generally to get the best results.
